Who we are
This website is operated by DC Digital LLC, a Virginia limited liability company with its registered address at 8401 Maryland Dr, STE S, Richmond, VA 23294, United States. For any privacy question, write to legal@dcdigital.app.
What we collect
This is a static informational website. It has no accounts, no forms, and no user-submitted content. We do not ask you for personal information in order to browse it.
Like effectively every website, our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical request logs when a page is served. These may include:
- your IP address
- your browser type and operating system (the user-agent string)
- the page you requested and the page you came from, if any
- the date and time of the request
These logs exist to keep the site online and to defend it against abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
We do not set cookies. We do not run analytics, we do not embed third-party trackers or advertising pixels, and we do not track you across other websites. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
All fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
If you email us
When you write to one of the addresses published on this site, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you tell us. We keep that correspondence so we can answer you and maintain a record of the conversation, and we use it for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host and deliver this website. In doing so, Cloudflare processes the technical request data described above on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Email legal@dcdigital.app and we will respond within 2 business days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To delete data associated with a Commish League account, use the in-app account deletion flow or the app's support page — that data lives in the app, not on this website.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you visit this site from elsewhere, the technical request data described above is processed on servers that may be located in the United States or in Cloudflare's global network.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
